Under this program, the KF dispatches visiting professors of relevant fields to universities abroad that are planning to launch or expand Korean studies or Korean language courses but are currently experiencing difficulties in staffing their faculty with adequately qualified candidates.
Eligible Applicants
Universities abroad that currently operate or plan to launch an education and research program in Korean studies or Korean language.
Note: The university must make sure that the Visiting Professor provides courses according to the minimum requirements below:
• Visiting Professor in Korean Language: At least 10 hours per week
• Visiting Professor in Korean Studies: At least 2 courses per semeste
